RollingTraffic.com Anti-Spam Policy

RollingTraffic.com want to create a better internet environment for our members and the internet users.  We strongly enforce our Anti-Spam Policy.

1. What is spamming?
A "spam" e-mail is generally defined as an unsolicited mailing that you send to someone (usually a email list) when they did not ask for it or did not join the mailing list.  A message written for, and mailed to, an individual that is known to the sender is not spam, and a reply to an e-mail is not spam.  There are many kinds of spamming.  Posting irrelevant messages on newsgroups, usenet, message board, chat sites, forums, etc.

2. What is your Anti-Policy?
RollingTraffic WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY SPAMMING ACTIVITIES.  If we believe, at our own discretion, a member is spamming other internet users, we will terminate the member's account, the member will lose its RollingTraffic privileges and all credits in the account will be forfeited.  Prohibited spam activities in RollingTraffic may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  1. Sending mass email to recipients who haven't requested email from you, and/or sending email with a fake return address.
  2. Promoting a website with inappropriate links, titles, descriptions, or use of any content for which you do not have the appropriate rights.
  3. Promoting a website by posting multiple submissions in public forums that are identical.
RollingTraffic's Terms of Service explicitly forbids spamming.  If you're not sure if something constitutes spam, please exercise caution.

3. How do I report a spammer?
If you have been spammed by any of our members, please report it to abuse(at)rollingtraffic(dot)com.  Please include the spam email, and also the member's id.
